EU KVIZ št. 3: evropski sveti
30 November, 2007Evropa pozna vsaj tri evropske svete, ki bistveno soodločajo o njeni usodi in razvoju, vendar pa sta samo dva del Evropske unije, eden pa je ločena evropska organizacija. Razlikovati torej moramo:
Kateri opis spada kam?
… je mednarodna organizacija, ki obsega 47 evropskih držav. Eden njenih najpomembnejših uspehov je bil sprejem Evropske konvencije o človekovih pravicah leta 1950. Cilji so: varstvo človekovih pravic, demokracije in pravne države, spodbujanje kulturne raznolikosti, iskanje rešitev za težave evropske družbe. Sedež: Strasbourg.
… t.i. ministrski svet sestavljajo ministri držav članic. Ima zakonodajno funkcijo in zastopa interese držav članic. Glede na tematiko se na svetih sestajajo ustrezni resorni ministri, najpomembnejši svet pa sestavljajo zunanji ministri. Sedež: Bruselj
… je najvišje politično telo, ki ga sestavljajo predsedniki držav ali vlad članic in predsednik komisije. Voditelji tega sveta sprejemajo najpomembnejše politične odločitve in določajo politične smernice za prihodnost. Srečujejo se dvakrat letno. Mesto srečanja: v predsedujoči državi. Bruselj.

PRVI…alinea je SVET EVROPE….in nima z EU NIČ!!!
Druga… alinea je EVROPSKI SVET…dobijo se vsak mesec…in je deljen na koreper ena in koreper dva
Tretja alinea SVET Evropske unije…
SEDEŽ PREDSEDUJOČA DRŽAVA, NAROBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nika: zakaj narobe? Kolikor vem, se po navadi dvakrat letno srečajo v predsedujoči državi, tudi v Nemčiji je bilo tako?
Jaz spremljam že desetletje…vse, kar se dogaja s sveti evropske unije in EU.
Država predsedujoča LE GOSTI dva sveta, to je pa tudi vse.
Nima pa statusa sedeža.NOBENA. Poglejte si VIRE o EU, ne kaj o tem pravi ta ali oni Slovenec ali celo profesor na faksu!!

Nika, danes sem ugotovila, da menda niti dve redni zasedanji ne bosta v Sloveniji…
Im Grunde steht ja alles irgendwie in der Wikipedija (okay, olle Erkenntnis):
Kann es sein, daß Nika hier doch was vertauscht hat?
zu Punkt 2: Der Rat der Europäischen Union [Svet Evropske unije] (auch Ministerrat genannt). Sitz ist das Consilium, das Justus-Lipsius-Gebäude in Brüssel.
zu Punkt 3: Der Europäische Rat [Evropski svet] ist das wichtigste Gremium der EU, bislang jedoch formal keines ihrer Organe. Er hat seinen Sitz in dem Staat, der den Ratsvorsitz innehat, trifft sich jedoch abwechselnd auch in Brüssel.
Robert: wenn du bei der dritten Beschreibung auf Bruselj klickst, findest du einen Bericht darüber, dass die Sitzungen des Eur. Rates seit ein paar Jahren nur noch in Brüssel stat finden.
Ansonsten aber: ja, ich habe bei Wikipedia und auf den Seiten dieser Institutionen geguckt. Mir ist klar, dass das jeder kann.
Bin auch keine Fachfrau, nur neugierig und lernbedürftig (wie immer).
Im Grunde steht halt doch alles irgendwie in der Wikipedia!
Was den Link auf den Text der Darja betrifft – also mir hat man beigebracht, daß man seinen Senf (sic!) immer unterschreibt, mit Vor- und Zunamen. Darja könnte das doch auch machen…
Ich bleib dabei: Nika hat Punkt 2 und 3 vertauscht. Weiter: Der Europäische Rat trifft sich 4 mal im Jahr. Im englischen Wikipediaartikel stehts schön erklärt – man kann wenig hinzufügen:
Up until 2002, the venue of the council meeting rotated between member states, as its location was decided by the country holding the rotating presidency. However, the 22nd declaration attached to the Treaty of Nice stated that; “As from 2002, one European Council meeting per Presidency will be held in Brussels. When the Union comprises 18 members, all European Council meetings will be held in Brussels.” So between 2002 and 2004 half the councils were held in Brussels, and from the 2004 enlargement, all were. The European Council uses the same building as the Council of the European Union (the Justus Lipsius building). največ napak prinesejo kopiranja preko spletnih strani!!!
celo naši slavni univerzitetni prof se tega poslužujejo, groza, zato pa toliko napak!
Treba je pogledati VIRE o EU!!! VIRE, ne neko Wikipedijo, ki prinaša povzetke povzetkov.
Nika, zamenjala si Svet Evropske unije (točka dve) in Evropski svet (točka tri).
The Council of the European Union (“Council of Ministers” or “Council”) is the Union’s main decision-making body. Its meetings are attended by Member State ministers, and it is thus the institution which represents the Member States. The Council’s headquarters are in Brussels, but some of its meetings are held in Luxembourg. Sessions of the Council are convened by the Presidency, which sets the agenda.

In Wikipedia je točno to v angleščini lepo povzela…
Oba prevoda SVET EVROPE in SVET EVROPSKE UNIJE sta neustrezna prevoda iz angleščine.
V angleščini European council je bolj pravilno slovenjeno EVROPSKI SVET….ne pa SVET EVROPE!!!
Drugič, ko gre za srečanje na vrhu, 2x na leto, se uporablja SUMMIT….ne pa council:))))
Tija: še enkrat preveri obe imeni in instituciji… Razen tega: srečanje je summit, vendar se uporablja tudi svet (council), Nemci rečejo isto (Rat).
Evropska Unija – Hitlerjeve sanje
Še malo pa bomo dočakali ta veličasten dan, mala Slovenija predseduje veliki Evropi, enih največjih gospodarski sili na svetu. Slavimo to! Mali je postal veliki, nepomembni so postali pomembni, majhna državica katero so zamenjevali z večjo Slova…
Človek, takole zbujena bi najprej želela omeniti, da se marsikatere hitlerjeve sanje uporabljajo še dandanes.
Drugače pa sem tudi sama navdušena nad našo evropsko velikostjo.
