(barley tsampa with zucchini/courgette, eggs and basil)

juha(soup made of: ground almonds, some more basil, tofu and remnants of the tsampa pancake above)

solata(salad: rocket, potatoes, truffles, balsamico, home-made puff pastry with sweet goat cheese)

glavna(strudel-pastry & puff pastry filled with tofu, olives, goat cheese, various nuts and spices, with a honey mustard crust – sounds rather like a lot to chew but is well-composed and totally delicious)

sladica(strawberries, clotted cream, hibiscus, ginger cookie, honey – rose water sauce, dates)

As always, we used a tea set to serve the food – should you wonder whether anyone can eat such quantities in one day :-) . Yes, we can: between 4 and 10 pm. We even squeezed in two espressi. Each. :-)
