Somewhere in a corner of my kitchen there lives a pot with a Ginger bread spice … I don’t bake for Christmas, but if I did I could use special spices, surely that’s got to be good?
Actually, I use that spice whenever I remember to do it … in vanilla pudding, for example.
Or in banana ice, for which you’d need:
1 overripe banana
some maple syrup (or honey or brown sugar or…)
a generous portion of different ground spices (ginger, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, lemon grass …).
Mix it, freeze it, eat it, adore it, it’s that good. I promise.🙂
