(500 g wholemeal flour + 2 teaspoons salt + 500 ml water + 1/2 package fresh yeast. Lightly stirred with a spoon and left to do the job for half a day. In the evening: added sesame, put a pot with lid into the oven, oven switched to 230 °C, when oven & pot reached 230 °C, took the pot out, poured dough into it, put the lid on it and baked it for 35 minutes. Then switched off the oven, took off the lid and let the bread in the oven for 15 minutes. Then took it out, on a grate, ate it when cool. Cool.)
