Hmmm, I thought, I’d like to make cookies with hazelnuts, oats and honey. So what do I do?
Why, find an appropriate recipe at my favorite Green Gourmet Giraffe’s, of course.
As I didn’t want chocolate, I simply used more oats (+125 g) and hazelnuts (+100 g). And her agave syrup was my honey (5 spoons).
They are really, really good. Great!
And HaHaHo? It stands for Hafer (oats), Haselnuss (hazelnut) and Honig (honey), of course.
